2. Description of Service

MyFoodys provides a SaaS platform for restaurant and hotel owners to:

• Create and manage digital menus with QR codes
• Accept online orders for dine-in and delivery
• Manage kitchen operations and delivery tracking
• Process payments through integrated payment gateways
• Access business analytics and reports

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to enter into this agreement
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial with full feature access.

Paid Plans: After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your restaurant, menu items, and prices
• Fulfill all orders received through the platform
• Comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: MyFoodys and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (menus, images, etc.), but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyFoodys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the platform

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
